Paul McLaughlin is an accomplished business executive with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Board Member at R&D Altanova and a member of the Technical Advisory Board at Riverside Partners, Paul has also held the position of Retired Chairman and CEO at Rudolph Technologies from 1996 to 2016. Additionally, Paul served on the Board of Easter Seals New Jersey Inc. from 2008 to 2014. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. in General Management from Harvard Business School, a Master’s Degree in Metallurgy and Materials Science from Lehigh University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
