From 2016 to 2021, they worked at TPD, where they held several positions including Director of Talent Strategy, Director of HR & Talent Acquisition, Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, Division Resource Manager of Talent Acquisition, and Manager of Talent Acquisition. During their time at TPD, they were responsible for defining and implementing talent acquisition strategies, building talent marketing campaigns, and creating integrated talent solutions for clients.
Prior to TPD, they worked at The Joint Chiropractic as a Talent Management and Development Consultant from 2017 to 2019.
From 2013 to 2016, they held the position of Senior Manager of Talent Management at The Joint Chiropractic, where they oversaw HR functions, implemented recruiting pipelines, and managed legal and HR processes.
Before that, they worked at Claire's Inc. as a Retail Store Manager with a focus on district recruiting efforts, and at Michaels Stores, Inc. as a Customer Experience Manager responsible for training and development.
Michael'searliest work experience was at Forever 21 as a Front End Manager and District Trainer, and at Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor, where they managed shift operations and maintained store performance.
Michael Offutt has pursued education in the field of Human Resources Management and Services, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Ashford University. Additionally, they have studied Business Administration and Management, General at UC Santa Barbara. However, specific start and end years for their education are not provided.
