Elizabeth Pinney-Muglia

Elizabeth Pinney-Muglia, MPA, currently serves as the Director of Communications and Public Information for Riverside Unified School District, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Elizabeth was the Director of Communications at Upland Unified School District (May 2021 - March 2024) and held various positions at the Fair Housing Council of Riverside County, where significant achievements included securing over $4 million in grants within 12 months. Elizabeth has also worked as the Program and Policy Coordinator for the City of Riverside, contributing to key policy initiatives focused on housing and homelessness. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Product Marketing Manager and Senior Campaign Consultant at Our Sunday Visitor, where substantial fundraising efforts were executed. Elizabeth earned a Master of Public Administration from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Indiana University—Purdue University Fort Wayne.
