Ryan Hightower

Ryan Hightower has extensive experience in education and communications, currently serving as a long-term substitute teacher at Riverside Unified School District since February 2016, where responsibilities include developing lesson plans, classroom management, and supervising student activities. Previously, Ryan taught Social Science and English at John W. North High School, contributing to the development of International Baccalaureate curricula while adhering to Common Core Standards. Prior to teaching, Ryan worked as a Communications & Marketing Specialist for Pomona Unified School District and held roles in public relations, including as an Account Executive at O'Reilly Public Relations and Public Information Officer at the Riverside County District Attorney's Office. Ryan holds a Master of Education in Secondary Education from California Baptist University and a Master's Degree in Communications Management from the University of Southern California, along with a Bachelor of Arts in American History from California State University-San Bernardino.
