Gwen Bates possesses extensive experience in compliance and property management, currently serving as the Head of Shared Spaces & Compliance at Riverside since July 2017. Previous roles at Riverside included Compliance Manager for strategy and delivery, Compliance Manager for Asbestos, and Senior Compliance Contract Officer. Prior to Riverside, Gwen worked as a Retail Property Manager at HSL from September 2016 to July 2017 and held the position of Facilities & Property Services Manager at Anchor Trust from January 2013 to May 2016. Gwen's career began at Leeds City Council, where responsibilities included Asbestos Manager from 1997 to 2012.
