Marisa Victoria Hill, CIHCM, is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in property management and safety compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Officer at Riverside since August 2018, Marisa has a strong background in ensuring adherence to gas safety regulations and managing compliance programs. Previous roles include Property Manager - Compliance at First Ark - Vivark and Project Manager at First Ark, where Marisa successfully led the Group’s Gas Safety Management Policy and achieved 100% compliance in property access for over three years. Marisa's education includes a Professional Diploma in Housing from De Montfort University, Gas Safety Management in Social Housing certification, and a Prince2 Project Management qualification. Skills also encompass asset and building management compliance, with certifications in managing gas safety, electrical compliance, fire safety, asbestos management, and legionella.
