Richard Mascarenhas has extensive experience in mental health services management, currently serving as an Area Manager at Riverside since February 2023. Previously, Richard held the same title at Hestia Charity from April 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing mental health crisis alternative services and collaborating with the BEH NHS Foundation Trust. Richard's career also includes roles such as Supported Living Manager at Certitude, Service Manager at Rethink Mental Illness, Team Leader at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, and Project Manager at Outward Housing. Early in Richard's career, a position as a Support Worker at United Response provided foundational experience in the field.
