Scott Ramage

Scott Ramage is an experienced facilities management professional with a strong background in managing Total Facilities Management (TFM) and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) accounts across various sectors, including retail, office, and heritage status portfolios. Currently serving as Group Facilities Manager at Riverstone since September 2022, Scott has held previous roles as a Contract Manager at Smart Managed Solutions and as an Account Manager at both CBRE Global Workplace Solutions and Salisbury Group. Scott's comprehensive experience is complemented by a role as National Account Manager at Servest UK and Facilities Manager at Incentive FM, where responsibilities included overseeing a prominent 11-storey building housing a major law firm. Prior military service with the British Army as a Class 1 Tradesman in REME included deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan.
