Alexis Urbaniak has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Alexis began their career in 2002 as the Student Union Building Manager at Montana State University Billings. From 2004 to 2005, they served as the Vice President of ASMSU-B (Associated Students Montana State University-Billings). Alexis then worked as a Human Resource/Payroll Assistant at Western Municipal Construction in 2005 and as an Employment Representative at EBMS (Employee Benefit Management Services) from 2005 to 2008.

In 2008, Alexis joined GE Capital as an HR Specialist, where they worked until 2011. During this time, they gained experience in human resources management and policies.
