Ciera Lederer

Ciera Lederer is a Senior Operations Manager at Electrolux Group, where they oversee the Southwest Region's multi-family projects and direct-to-consumer initiatives. With a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University, Ciera previously gained experience as a Reverse Logistics Field Specialist at Electrolux, where their efforts contributed to significant cost savings and operational improvements. They have also been recognized with multiple awards for their innovative projects and leadership, including the team’s win for the North American Teamship Award while collaborating with Lowe's. Currently, Ciera serves as the Director of Client Services at Riverstone Logistics.
