Tony Schultz is a seasoned logistics professional with extensive experience in solutions engineering and management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Solutions and Engineering at Riverstone Logistics since April 2025, Tony previously held the position of Market Manager at CSX from October 2022 to April 2025. Prior roles at XPO Logistics, Inc. included Senior Manager Solutions Engineering, where Tony was instrumental in last-mile logistics solution design and analysis, as well as managing teams and executing complex RFP submissions. Earlier positions at XPO featured progressive roles in solutions engineering and operations, starting as an Engineer and advancing to Manager. Tony’s career began at 3PD, Inc. as a Processor and included a role at Doublegate Country Club as Assistant Tennis Pro. Tony holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Kennesaw State University and has foundational education from Darton College and Lee County High School.
