Sisko Ruikka

Sisko Ruikka serves as General Counsel for RBIF Nordics & Beneflux at Riverty since March 2020, with previous roles including General Counsel O2C and Head of Legal. Prior experience includes a position as Lawyer at Vähittäiskaupan Takaus Oy / Kesko - K-Group from April 2014 to March 2020, where responsibilities encompassed corporate and privacy law, legal training, and representation in court proceedings. Sisko also worked as a Lawyer for Sampo Rahoitus / Sampo Pankki Oyj from September 2005 to February 2008, focusing on legal assignments related to financing products and debt collection. Sisko holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Helsinki, completed in 2005, and briefly studied at Uppsala University in 2004.
