Tom Kamego

Tom Kamego has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tom started their career as a Sales Associate at Shelving Inc. in 1985 before moving onto S & H Equipment where they worked as a Sales Associate until 1988. Tom then joined Servall Company in 1989 and held various positions including Receiver, Assistant Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Manager, System Analyst, and Director of Operations. At Servall Company, they were responsible for training, creating SOPs, and overseeing the order fulfillment and inventory control of multiple locations. In 2001, they transitioned to 1st Source Servall where they served as Director of Operations and Purchasing, Vice President of Distribution, and later as Vice President of Supply Chain. In these roles, they focused on improving efficiency, implementing software solutions, and developing standard operating procedures to improve inventory control and streamline operations. Their most recent work experience was as the Managing Director at Riverview Health & Rehabilitation Center from 2016 to present. Overall, Tom Kamego has a strong background in operations management, supply chain, and efficiency improvement.

Tom Kamego earned a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Oakland University from 1986 to 1988. Prior to this, they also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Sacred Heart Major Seminary from 1982 to 1984. In addition to their formal education, Tom has obtained certifications in "Optimizing Distributor Profitability" from Texas A&M University in 2014 and "Leadership School" from GE in 1996.
