Matthew Konz

Matthew Konz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Matthew started their career as a Salesman/General Worker at Westside Liquor in 2003, where they primarily focused on selling beer, liquor, and wine. Matthew then moved on to work as an Executive Assistant Manager at Walgreens from 2004 to 2007. During this time, they gained experience in managing and assisting with various tasks. In 2007, they joined Riverview LLP as a Director of Human Resources, where they oversaw all aspects of the HR department, with a specific focus on benefits and visas. In this role, they managed a workforce of 900 employees across multiple states, primarily in the dairy and beef industries, agronomy, and construction.

Matthew Konz completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Management (HR) from St. Cloud State University between 2000 and 2004. Matthew also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from St. Cloud State University's Herberger Business School during the same time period.
