Tony Usher

Director of Food & Dining Services at Riverview Retirement Community

Chef Tony is a self-taught culinary artist. He has had the opportunity to travel to Greystone and Napa Valley to help cultivate his art. His background includes being the Chef at the Dockside Restaurant in the Coeur d’Alene, ID resort, and assisting in the opening of five Twig’s restaurants which included the development of their menu.
