Jessa Cardelli

Jessa Cardelli has extensive work experience in the medical field. Jessa started their career in the US Navy as a Petty Officer Second Class from August 2001 to May 2005. Jessa then worked at IRMC as a Medical-Surgical Nurse from November 2011 to February 2014. After that, they served as a Nurse Manager from February 2014 to January 2018 and later as a Patient Safety Officer from February 2018 to April 2020. Jessa then joined Indiana Regional Medical Center as a Director of Nursing from April 2020 to October 2021. Currently, they are working at Riverview Regional Medical Center, first as a Nurse Manager from November 2021 to May 2023 and now as the Chief Nursing Officer starting from March 2023.

Jessa Cardelli holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Services Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Excelsior University in 2010. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resource Management from Park University, completed in 2004.
