Alicia Sauers possesses extensive experience in mental health and wellness, currently serving as a Clinical Evaluator at Riverwood Center since February 2016, conducting crisis evaluations for inpatient mental health admissions. Previous roles at Riverwood include DD Case Manager for children and Behavior Specialist, focusing on behavior treatment plans for DD and SMI adults. Additionally, Alicia has worked as a Family Support Training Counselor, assisting families with children on the ASD spectrum to improve home dynamics. As a Creative Photographer, Alicia captures significant life moments and natural beauty through photography, a passion pursued since childhood. Past experience includes providing ABA therapy at Centria Healthcare, customer service at Aerotek for Whirlpool, caregiving in hospice settings, and health education with Juice Plus. Alicia holds a Master's Degree in Counseling from Spring Arbor University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Grand Valley State University.
