Jenn Merriam began their work experience in 2007 as a social worker at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. Jenn then joined RiverWoods in 2019, where they initially served as a Social Services Manager before being promoted to the role of Director of Wellness in 2020.
Jenn Merriam completed their Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of New Hampshire, where they attended from 1987 to 1991. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Social Work from the same university, enrolling from 2003 to 2007.
