Emily's mission is to provide Rivery's clients with a world-class customer and product experience through her leadership of their Customer Success, Support and Account Management teams.

Driven by her passion for the data space and developing trusted customer relationships, Emily loves to build client-facing teams that are able to deeply understand their customer's goals and unlock value for them.

Emily has built her career in the start-up world. Most recently, Emily developed and scaled the customer success teams at Simon Data and 1010data, and she has experience working with customers across a wide variety of verticals and profiles. She holds a degree in biological engineering from Cornell University.
