Romia Rozhansky

Romia Rozhansky has a diverse work experience. From 2020 to present, Romia worked at Rivery as a Product Manager, overseeing the development of a complex SaaS Data ingestion and transformation platform. They were responsible for the product roadmap, backlog planning, and detailed specifications for multiple R&D teams. Additionally, Romia led the UX/UI aspects and managed a team of designers, as well as prioritized new capabilities using Agile methodologies.

Prior to Rivery, from 2016 to 2018, Romia worked at Assaf HaRofeh Medical Center as an Operations Shift Manager. In this role, they managed the daily operations and ensured smooth coordination between different shifts.

Romia also has experience in the Israeli Military Intelligence, where they served as a Team Leader in the 8200 unit from October 2013 to April 2016. They led a team of 30 soldiers in conducting routine and special operations and were involved in data mining from various sources.

Romia Rozhansky attended Tel Aviv University from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
