Cindy Paulauskas

Cindy Paulauskas started their career in 1996 as a Vice President at HERE Technologies and worked there until September 2010. In October 2010, they became the Chief of Everything at Sun Fun You Mediterranean Voyages, a company specializing in boutique vacations in the Mediterranean. In April 2013, they joined Social Venture Partners as a Partner. Later in May 2013, Cindy founded Rivet, where they currently serve as the President & CEO.

Cindy Paulauskas completed their Executive MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2006 to 2008, focusing on MBA studies. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Southern California between 1993 and 1995. In addition to their formal education, Cindy obtained a certification in Venture Deals from Kauffman Fellows & TechStars in April 2021.
