Alan Languirand

Alan Languirand is an experienced professional with a diverse background in software development, management, and entrepreneurship. Alan is currently working as an Engineering Manager at RIVET Work, a role they took on in March 2023.

Prior to their current position, Alan had their own media production company called 13protons since February 2011, where they offered a range of services including graphic design, web development, photography, videography, and editing.

Alan also has entrepreneurial experience as the founder of Apprend, a company focused on providing affordable technology education through instructor-led classroom-based learning. Alan founded the company in December 2014 and operated it until December 2015.

Earlier in their career, Alan worked as a UI/UX Designer at Apigee from August 2012 to December 2014. In this role, they conducted customer analysis and created custom app designs to showcase the value of Apigee's software.
