Lily Chang

Over an extensive and varied career, Lily S. Chang has demonstrated a keen understanding of the idea that technology adoption by an organization or industry must be diligently managed and focused on people. Before coming to Medsphere, Lily spent 19 years with Advent Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADVS), where she served as Chief Technology Officer and helped grow the company from less than 100 employees to over 1000 today. Lily’s philosophy of technology application—instead of chasing technology for its own sake, use it smartly and appropriately to bring value to customers—make her a great fit for the unique healthcare IT marketplace. Lily graduated from Taiwan’s Chung Yuan Christian University with a degree in chemistry and has spent her entire career working to advance the use of technology.
