Vance Moore is the founder of RocketStop, a healthcare advisory services firm that specializes in helping organizations and individuals optimize their customer impact and market potential.
His career has included operational and sales roles in process engineering, a health care consulting, distribution, manufacturing, third party logistics, healthcare provider operations, and virtual care.
Vance retired from Mercy after serving for more than 18 years. During his tenure, he was highly engaged in innovation and development efforts, with responsibilities for corporate leadership of Mercy’s supply chain (ROI – Resource Optimization and Innovation), Mercy Technology Service (MTS), Perioperative Services, Mercy Research, Decision Science (real-world evidence development and application), and Mercy Virtual. He also served on the internal Mercy boards for Mercy Pharmacy Services, Mercy ACO Clinical Services, and ROI.
Before Mercy, Vance garnered 17 years of experience in health care with Baxter/Allegiance/Cardinal Health and the health care division of the UPS Logistics Group.
He is on the governing committee of the National Evaluation System for health Technology (NESTcc); a board member of Omnicell Incorporated (NASDAQ: OMCL); a member of L.E.K Consulting’s life science and med-tech expert network; and a strategic advisor for several ventures, private equity, and emerging healthcare device and technology companies. He is a former board member of Ascension Ventures, the Strategic Marketplace Initiative (SMI), and The Bellwether League. Additionally, Vance was recognized as SCM World’s 2015 “visionary of the year” and was inducted into the healthcare supply chain hall of fame in 2019.
Vance has a bachelor’s degree in industrial management from the University of Arkansas.
