Kim Milne

Kim Milne is an experienced People and Culture professional with a diverse background across various industries, including boat building, tech, hospitality, aerospace, manufacturing, and sports. Currently serving as the People & Culture Business Partner at Riviera Australia since April 2023, Kim has held multiple leadership roles, including fixed-term positions at TechConnect IT Solutions and Harrison Human Resources. With expertise in human resources consulting and management, Kim has also contributed to organizations such as Daydream Island Resort, Gilmour Space Technologies, Bustech, and the National Rugby League. Kim holds a degree in Commerce with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of New England.
