Gregory Galy is the Founder of RIVIERA DINING GROUP, where Gregory has held various leadership positions including President, Vice President & COO, Chief Financial Officer, and Financial Controller at FIG & OLIVE prior to founding the company. Gregory holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance + Marketing from EDHEC Business School and a Bachelor's degree in International Finance from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
