Barry Spencer

Barry Spencer has over three decades of experience in the financial sector, currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Riviera Finance since December 1989. Previously, Barry worked in the Collection Department of Citizens Southern Bank from 1987 to December 1989 and held a position in the Credit Department at Ef Hutton from 1985 to 1987. Barry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned between 1980 and 1984.
