Amy Pimentel

Amy Pimentel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Amy started their career in 2007 as an Operations Manager at Utopia Day Spa, where they played a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Amy then joined Oracle as a Strategic Account Executive in 2014. In 2015, they became the Director of People Operations at Bliss - W Hotel, where they managed HR practices and fostered a people-first culture. Amy then moved to Arete Partners in 2017, initially serving as the Director of People Operations and later as the Chief Operating Officer. In these roles, they handled strategic HR initiatives, including recruitment, talent acquisition, employee development, and change management. Finally, Amy joined Riviera Partners in 2021 through the acquisition of Arete Partners, taking on the position of Director of People & Culture. Amy was responsible for shaping the employee experience and then transitioned into the role of Director of Recruiting, focusing on hiring top talent for the company.

Amy Pimentel holds a BA in Communications; Marketing from California State University - East Bay. In April 2023, they obtained a certification as an Employee Engagement Specialist from Top Workplaces.
