Bobby Gormsen has extensive experience in executive search and talent acquisition. Bobby is currently the Director of Executive Search at Riviera Partners, where they focus on technology, product, and design leadership roles. Prior to that, they worked as a Strategic Advisor at Frame.io and served as the VP of Talent and Head of Recruiting at the same company. Bobby also has experience as the Head of Recruiting at Fareportal, Head of Global Recruiting at Etsy, Technical Recruiting Manager at Jetsetter (a member of the Gilt Groupe), Sr. Technical Recruiter at LimeWire, and Technical Recruiter/Technical Sourcer at Yahoo! and Google, respectively. Bobby started their career as a Technical Recruiter at IT Ascent and a Research Analyst at Spencer Stuart.

Bobby Gormsen earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2001.
