Chett Garcia is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in executive search and education. Currently serving as the Director of Ventures Practice at Riviera Partners since March 2021, Chett specializes in placing executive leadership talent in software engineering, product management, and design for innovative companies. Previously held roles include Principal in the Emerging Practice at Riviera Partners and Associate Partner at Arete Partners, focusing on Product and Engineering leadership for early-stage clients.
