Megan Sleeper

Megan Sleeper is an accomplished executive recruiter and casting director with extensive experience in talent acquisition and programming. Currently serving as Director and Executive Recruiter at Riviera Partners since July 2022, Megan specializes in placing executive leadership talent in software engineering, product management, and design for innovative companies. Prior to this role, Megan held the position of Senior Vice President of Casting at Bunim Murray Productions from January 2018 to July 2022, overseeing talent for award-winning shows such as Lizzo's Watch Out for the Big Grrrls and Born This Way. During a longer tenure at Bunim Murray Productions, spanning from 2003 to 2017, Megan served as Vice President of Casting, managing multiple casting teams and leading large-scale production efforts. Additional experience includes roles as Casting Director at Tribeca Film Festival and 3 Ball Entertainment. Megan holds a BA Cum Laude in Film from Emerson College.
