Rick Harris is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in recruiting leadership talent across various sectors, particularly in technology and healthcare. Currently serving as Partner and Healthcare Practice Leader at Riviera Partners since March 2024, Rick previously held the position of Managing Director and Practice Leader at Raines International and co-founded the Product, Data & Technology Practice at True., successfully completing over 150 searches for key executive roles.
