Kris Woodbeck

CTO at Riviter

Kris Woodbeck has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kris is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Riviter since 2018. Prior to this, Kris was the CEO of Pcsso since 2013, where they led a team in delivering accurate computer vision solutions. Kris co-founded Incogna in 2007, a company focused on automating large-scale computer vision tasks. Kris also has experience working as a Masters Student at the University of Ottawa, where they focused on biologically inspired computer vision. Kris implemented the first phase of the AppScan Enterprise web security scanning framework as a Software Engineer at Watchfire. Kris has also worked as Software Developer at various companies including Webmotion Corporation, National Research Council - Institute for Aerospace Research, IBM, and GeneriCAD Corporation. At GeneriCAD, they implemented a TCL debugger in C++ and UI in TCL/TK. Overall, Kris has gained expertise in computer vision, deep learning, web security, and software development throughout their career.

Kris Woodbeck attended Carleton University from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. They also attended the University of Ottawa for a year in 2006-2007, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
