Brian L. Bank handles all aspects of litigation in federal and state courts, as well as various other employment and labor-related matters.

He combines wide-ranging experience in diverse areas as a partner in Rivkin Radler’s Commercial Litigation; Business Dissolution; Compliance, Investigations & White Collar; and Employment & Labor; and Privacy, Data & Cyber Law Practice Groups. Brian has represented businesses (ranging from multinational corporations to closely held companies), insurance companies, banks and other financial institutions, public entities, unions, and individuals in disputes involving fraud, consumer protection, false claims act, anti-kickback, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), antitrust, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, restrictive covenant/non-competition, defamation, tort, business dissolution, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of contract claims. Brian has also negotiated collective bargaining agreements and conducted arbitrations pursuant to those agreements, conducted internal investigations for clients and counseled clients in responding to and defending against both state and federal governmental investigations, and counseled clients on compliance with GDPR and other data privacy requirements in connection with the cross-border transfer of documents and data.
