Nicholas Gildenhuys

Nicholas Gildenhuys has work experience in various fields, starting from their participation in the National Youth Leadership Conference in 2012. Nicholas worked as a participant at the conference. In 2014, they worked as a busboy at Shelter Restaurants and then as a Director of Broadcast Production at Trident TV from September 2014 to June 2018. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as an IT Technician at Runner Boys IT Computer Services. Moreover, in 2020, they worked as a Test & Validation Intern for electric motors at BorgWarner Inc. Nicholas also has engineering experience; they were the Lead Electrical Engineer at Purdue Solar Racing from January 2019 to August 2021, and during this same period, they were also the VP of Engineering. In 2021, they were an intern at Qualcomm as a camera architecture hardware engineering intern. Since August 2021, Nicholas Gildenhuys has been a teaching assistant at Purdue University's Elmore Family School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and in June 2022, they will start working as a Design Verification Engineer at Rivos Inc.

Nicholas Gildenhuys received their high school diploma from Corona del Mar High School in 2018. Nicholas then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at Purdue University from 2018 to 2022.
