Randy Luckenbihl

Randy Luckenbihl has over 20 years of experience in hardware development and engineering management. Randy currently holds the position of Platform Engineering Program Manager at Rivos Inc. Previously, Randy served as the Principal Technical Program Manager at Qualcomm, where they established the technical program management function for the Nuvia ARM server processor platform engineering group. Prior to that, they were the Senior Manager of Platform Engineering at Marvell Semiconductor, where they led a team responsible for ARM server processor silicon validation board and customer reference board design. Randy also worked at Cavium Inc as the Lead Platform Engineer in the Datacenter Processor Group, and at Oracle as the Sr. Manager of Hardware Development for SPARC Enterprise Systems, where they managed a team of engineers and technicians and collaborated on specifications and product notes. Before joining Oracle, they held various roles at Sun Microsystems, including Sr. Manager of Flash Storage Device Engineering, where they established a new group for flash-based storage development, and Hardware Engineering Manager for SPARC Volume Servers and Workstations, where they managed the design and validation of workstations and servers. Randy has a strong background in cross-functional collaboration, design validation, and project management.
