Dave Perkins

Dave Perkins has over 30 years of experience in project and program management, implementation, training, and organizational change management for public service agencies and governments. They have worked extensively with departments of health and human service organizations, focusing on integrated eligibility, child welfare, and public safety to ensure effective governance and communication in large-scale transformative projects. Currently, Dave serves as an Advisory Board Member at Rixon Technology and as the Head Swim Coach at Four Bridges Country Club, while also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts at Miami University. Previously, they held senior management roles at Accenture and served as Director of IT Consulting Services at CGI.
