Hamza Kara

Hamza KARA is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in both management and operational roles. Currently serving as General Manager at Ennismore since March 2025, Hamza leads the strategic vision and operational excellence of Aliee Istanbul, an ultra-luxury hotel. Holding the position of Executive Director at Club Privé by Rixos since November 2022 and Villa Manager at Rixos Hotels from May 2016, Hamza has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing guest experiences. As the owner of Cesmebuz Tarim Makina Gida Turizm Ticaret Tasimacilik Ltd. Sti. since March 2010, Hamza manages a family business producing and supplying ice in the Aegean Region. Previous roles include Chief Experience Officer at Aliée Istanbul, Restaurants Supervisor at DO & CO AG, and various positions in sales and tour operations. Hamza holds a Master's degree in Gastronomy & Hospitality Management from École Supérieure de Tourisme Troyes-Metz, along with a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management.
