Deema al-Hamad

Deema Al-hamad is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the banking and fashion industries. Currently serving as an Assistant to the Vice President and Senior Product Manager at Riyad Bank since June 2015, Deema has held multiple key positions, including Senior Manager and Head of the Charge Back and Claims Unit. Prior to this, Deema worked as an HR Manager at Pure Diamond for Fashion and as a Customer Service Representative at VIAArabia. Additional experience includes roles as a Customer Service Supervisor at Banque Saudi Fransi and various customer service positions at Saudi Post. Deema holds a Master of Project Management from Midocean University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University, complemented by earlier studies in Information Technology.
