Hussain al-Malak

Hussain Al-Malak has a diverse work experience in the banking and IT industry. Hussain is currently working at Riyad Bank as the SVP - Head of Digital & Payments. Prior to this, they worked at Emirates NBD as the Head of Multichannel & CRM, where they were responsible for driving and implementing the Multichannel & CRM strategy. Hussain also led the development of e-channels and related platforms. Before that, they worked at Deloitte Middle East as a Manager, where they led a team to set up and operate the PMO for mobile financial services implementation. Hussain also conducted technical discussions with potential partner banks and developed end-to-end transaction flows. Hussain Al-Malak has also worked at Arab National Bank (ANB) as a Product Manager for Mobile, Internet Banking & SADAD, and as a Project Manager. Hussain has previous experience at SABB as an IT Development Specialist and Developer, and at Wipro Infotech Ltd as an SAP Business Warehouse Consultant.

Hussain Al-Malak completed an Executive Leadership Program at IESE Business School in 2022. Hussain also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Computer Science from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) between 2000 and 2005. Hussain has additional certifications including Crystal Training™ for Advanced PM Skills from Product Faculty and certifications in PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
