Omar Hamad Al-Madhi

Member of the Board of Directors of Riyad Bank since 2022, representing the Public Investment Fund (PIF). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Engineering from University of Pennsylvania in the United States of America and Master’s Degree in Business Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the United States of America, with wide leading experience in the management and investment sectors.

Mr. Al-Madhi is currently the Direct Investments Co-Head of MENA Investments Division in the Public Investment Fund (PIF). He held various leading roles, including the CEO and Board Member of Abdul Latif Jameel Investments, CEO of Volkswagen Group Saudi Arabia, Assistant Deputy Governor of SAGIA, Advisor in McKinsey and Research Engineer in Saudi Aramco.

Mr. Al-Madhi is a member of the Board of Directors in several companies, such as ACWA POWER Company, Jada Fund of Funds Company, the Saudi Arabian Industrial Investments Company (Dussur).
