Wejdan Alosaimi's work experience begins with a role as a Coop Training at Deutsche Bank in 2010. Wejdan then joined Zain KSA in 2011, where they served as a Performance Management Team Member and later became a Performance Management Supervisor until 2015. During their time at B a n q u e Saudi F r a n s i from 2015 to 2017, Wejdan worked as a Performance and Rewards Management Specialist, focusing on performance management, rewards programs, and variable pays.
