Wejdan Alosaimi

Wejdan Alosaimi's work experience begins with a role as a Coop Training at Deutsche Bank in 2010. Wejdan then joined Zain KSA in 2011, where they served as a Performance Management Team Member and later became a Performance Management Supervisor until 2015. During their time at B a n q u e Saudi F r a n s i from 2015 to 2017, Wejdan worked as a Performance and Rewards Management Specialist, focusing on performance management, rewards programs, and variable pays. Wejdan then joined Mercer Middle East in 2017, starting as a Consultant, progressing to Project Manager, and eventually becoming a Senior Engagement Manager. Currently, they are employed at Riyad Bank, where they have held roles as Senior Vice President - Rewards, Performance & Organizational Development and Senior Vice President, People & Organization Excellence.

Wejdan Alosaimi has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Al Yamamah University, which was obtained from 2019 to 2021. In 2020, they also attained a Postgraduate Diploma in International Finance from Washington State University. Wejdan completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from King Saud University from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, in 2014, Wejdan obtained a certification in Certified Performance Management and Performance Appraisal from The George Washington University.
