Fayez Al-Kassar has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Fayez started their career in AlJazira Capital as a Shares Dealer and then became a Senior Shares Dealer, taking responsibility for key customer accounts and investments. Fayez then joined SambaCapital & Investment Management Company as a Business Development Officer before becoming a Finance Manager. At SambaCapital, they participated in product development and contributed to the development of conventional and Islamic margin products. In 2018, Fayez joined Riyad Capital as the Head of Financing & Business Development, where they managed sales activities for brokerage products and services. Fayez also served as the Finance Manager and is currently working as the Head of Brokerage Relationships & Sales, overseeing the client base and ensuring high-level compliant services. Throughout their career, Fayez has gained experience in various areas of finance, including investments, business development, and sales.

Fayez Al-Kassar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Alfaisal University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport from 2009 to 2011. Furthermore, they earned a Diploma Degree in Business Administration from aast in 2007 to 2009, followed by another Diploma Degree in Business Administration from the International Administration Institution from 2003 to 2005.
