Valerio Cela Menescal, MBA, is an experienced aviation and airport operations professional currently serving as Aerodrome Operations Planning Director at Riyadh Airports since December 2023. Previously, as Director of Airport Operations at Fraport AG for Porto Alegre Airport, Valerio managed all operational aspects during the airport's start-up phase. Valerio's background includes leadership roles such as Manager of the Airport Operations Center at BH Airport, where significant improvements in punctuality were achieved, and Government Sector Executive at SITA, strengthening partnerships with federal entities in Brazil.
