Prior to that, Bassam was an Operations Manager at Avalon Pharma from January 2002 to June 2015, overseeing production and packaging activities. The career commenced in 1995 at Dar Al Dawa Development & Investment Co, where Bassam progressed from Production Supervisor to Plant Manager, managing various production activities.
