Edilberto II Balangue has extensive experience in the financial and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as the Country Manager for Telemoney UAE at RCBC since June 1992. Previous roles at RCBC include Marketing Officer for Saudi Arabia/Bahrain, Market Development Officer, and Section Head - Appraisal, along with qualifications as a Licensed Appraiser and Licensed Real Estate Broker. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Field Service Technician at Philippine-Nippon Nanryo (CATV) and as a Radio and Marine Radar Technician at Rope Systems, Inc.
