Muskan Mehra currently serves as the Operational Strategy & Business Excellence Manager at Rize since November 2024. Prior to this role, Muskan held the position of Strategy Analyst at Bodhi® from June 2022 to April 2025 and worked as a Senior Audit Assistant at Deloitte India (Offices of the US) from September 2020 to June 2022. Earlier experience includes a General Management Internship at Bizmarvel (Switzerland) and an Operations Internship at WMall (BlitzScale Tech), both completed in 2019, as well as a brief stint as a Management Trainee at Deloitte India. Muskan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Professional) in Finance from Christ University, Bangalore, and a Licentiate in General Insurance from the Insurance Institute of India. Additionally, Muskan is pursuing CIMA since 2017.

Rize
Rize is an Agri-Tech startup formed through a joint venture between Temasek, Wavemaker Impact, Breakthrough Energy Ventures, GenZero to decarbonize rice cultivation in Asia. It is building a platform to identify and implement the most effective strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in rice cultivation, and the right economic incentives across the value chain to drive the adoption of sustainable cultivation techniques. Rize’s initial target markets are Indonesia and Vietnam, to be followed by India with plans to expand more broadly within the region. Rize seeks to collaborate with and build on the good work already carried out by organizations, corporates, startups, and academic institutions in the region.
