Rachit Arora

Rachit Arora currently serves as Head of Operations Strategy & Business Excellence at Rize since April 2025. Previously, Rachit held various leadership roles at Absolute®, including Deputy General Manager (Lead) for Growth and Partnerships, and Program Manager for New Initiatives. Rachit has extensive experience in business finance and operations strategy, particularly at nurture.farm, where initiatives led to significant improvements in monthly GMV contribution and dual promotions. Rachit has also worked at Zomato Hyperpure, QAI, and founded Pikndel, an on-demand logistics service. Rachit's educational background includes an MBA from the Indian School of Business, a Chartered Accountancy designation, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.
