Derek Risley

Derek Risley is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency across various technology organizations. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer and Interim CEO at Rizing since 2023, Risley leads a global team focused on SAP SuccessFactors solutions and has successfully executed transformative go-to-market strategies. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Sales at yellow.ai, Risley was instrumental in launching a new GTM motion for Conversational AI in the Americas. Significant achievements include building a top-performing sales team at Yext, leading to $25M+ ARR and multiple years of quota attainment, as well as driving strategic sales growth at SAP and Oracle USA. Risley holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Arizona State University and an MBA in Management from Webster University.
