Jodi Hayes-Roth

Jodi Hayes has held various leadership roles in HR and HCM companies, including serving as the CEO of Rizing HCM. With a background in overseeing global strategic plans and maximizing revenue, Jodi has demonstrated a successful track record in the industry. Prior to Rizing, Jodi held positions at SAP SuccessFactors, NGA Human Resources, Ceridian Corporation, Spherion, ADP/ ProBusiness Division, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Dun & Bradstreet. Jodi is an alumna of The Ohio State University.
